I offer individual therapy from primarily an interpersonal perspective, which in short means that I work to understand how we relate to other is critical to our mental health. We are all trying to be happy, we are all trying to get our emotional needs met, but sometimes we just need a little help with that. I apply this perspective to a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, sexuality, personality disorders, and interpersonal conflict.
Change is hard work and I am honored to work with my clients to achieve it.
